Do your filters need electricity to work?
No, BlueHeale's undersink filtration system uses the normal water pressure to push the water through our filters.
How often do i need to change the filters?
It's recommended to change every 6 to 9 months depending on your usage. If you notice that the water quality is not ideal, feel free to contact us for filter replacement.
Is it safe to drink BlueHeale's water without boiling?
Yes, it's 100% safe. All our filters comes with NSF and/or FDA certification. In additional, we can drink direct from the tap in Singapore!
Can i store the water for a long time before drinking?
For maximum effect, drink BlueHeale's water straight from the tap. If you need to bring out the water, please use an air-tight BPA free water bottle and drink it within the day.
Is there any difference after drinking BlueHeale's water for the first time?
As feedback by our customers, many of them notice a change in bowl habits during the first few days of drinking BlueHeale's water. This is your body starting to get used to the clean alkaline water.
I do not want to drill on my sink countertop. Is there any options available?
If you do not want any drilling to your sink counter top, we can propose to change out at your tap to a multi-functional tap.
My kitchen is small and no space at countertop. Can I still install BlueHeale's filters?
Yes you can. We have customers who are staying in 1 to 2 bedder condo, which the kitchen is very small. As BlueHeale's filters are mostly undersink, hence your countertop will not be cluttered with things.
How long is the warranty of for the filters?
The standard warranty is one year, which we cover the O-ring, gaskets. As there are no electrical components, hence please do not worry about component failure.
